These plain-language terms set the operating boundary for early learners, invited testers, and company pilot conversations while EA3 is in controlled beta.

Invited adults only
Controlled beta access is for invited adult learners and company contacts. Do not create accounts for children, students, or anyone under 18 during controlled beta.
Use safe practice content
Learners and companies must use supplied, made-up, public, or organization-approved information only. Do not submit confidential, regulated, proprietary, customer, patient, student, financial, legal, credential, or private workplace information.
AI output requires human review
EA3 teaches AI-assisted work, but AI output can be incomplete, outdated, wrong, biased, or unsuitable. Learners remain responsible for reviewing results before using them outside the platform.
No professional advice
The service provides educational coaching. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, security, compliance, or other professional advice.
Company sponsor boundaries
Sponsor dashboards are limited to company-scoped adoption, progress, risk, and aggregate usage signals. Sponsors should not request or receive private learner submissions, prompt text, score feedback, or profile summaries through EA3.
Account and payment operations
Paid access, continuation, cancellation, and deletion may depend on Stripe, account status, company-seat status, and security/audit requirements. Active subscriptions may need to be cancelled or resolved before deletion can complete.
Support and changes
During beta, support is diagnostic and recovery-focused. AI Trained Me may update these terms as the product, beta cohort, company pilot model, or legal requirements change.
