AI Trained Me (EA3) is a learning platform for individuals and teams. Across 30 practical lessons, you work through scenarios, explain your decisions, receive feedback and revise gaps. A final project (capstone) brings those decisions together.

Before writing a prompt, clarify the problem: are customers waiting too long, receiving incomplete answers or being sent to the wrong team?
A more useful starting point
“Compare the supplied fictional enquiries with the approved service guide. Identify unanswered questions and propose a staff checklist. Flag missing facts. A team lead must review it before use.”
Now there is a purpose, a source boundary, an output to inspect and a person responsible. The learner still has to check whether the proposed checklist solves the problem.
Skill Checks assess the work you submit. Feedback and focused corrections help you address gaps. Completion records learning progress; workplace use still needs appropriate checks and approval.
